Designed in a fort-like style reminiscent of the deep Sahara, Onguma Fort looks out on the dry landscape of the huge Fischer Pan adjoining Eastern Etosha Pan. The attractions are incredible: a private view of the pan and a waterhole that attracts lions, all located in the same place. There are few experiences which match the awe as lions wander past your viewing deck for a drink at the waterhole in front of Onguma Fort. Designed in a fort-like style reminiscent of the deep Sahara Desert, Onguma Fort looks out on the dry landscape and sparse savannah trees of the huge Fischer Pan adjoining Eastern Etosha Pan. The attractions are incredible: a personal and private view of the pan, a waterhole that attracts lions and other animals, and luxury that leaves lasting memories, all located in the same place. There are few experiences which can match the silence and awe of the savannah as lions wander past your personal viewing deck for a sunset drink at the waterhole in front of the Onguma Fort viewing deck. Each of the twelve tented suites has its own tower and viewing deck, and for the more adventurous, the tower suite offers incredible views. Luxury, style and fine dining are an integral part of the experience. But above all, Onguma Fort offers a true chance to be close to nature. |
