Cancellation fees for individual travellers (bookings up to 4 rooms) apply as follows: High/Shoulder Season * For cancellations received before 30 days of arrival no charge applies. * For cancellations received within 30 to 15 days of arrival a full one night charge applies. * For cancellations received within 14 to seven days from date of arrival, a 50% cancellation fee on the total booking value will be charged. * For cancellations received within seven days from the date of arrival or in case of no-show, an 80% charge on the total booking value of the entire stay will apply. Low Season * For cancellations received before seven days of arrival no charge applies. * For cancellations received within seven days to five days from date of arrival, a 50% cancellation fee on the booking of the entire stay will be charged. * For cancellations received within five days from the date of arrival or in case of no-show, an 80% charge on the total booking value of the entire stay will apply. * Clients departing before their confirmed check-out date will be charged at the booking value of the entire stay reserved. For bigger groups please request the same from the Sales Department. Kempinski Mokuti Lodge offers for children a children's pool, a children’s play area and
babysitting services. Children accommodation policy * Children up to 12 years inclusive stay free of charge when staying in the parent’s room. * In Deluxe, Safari Club Room and Etosha Suite categories a maximum of one child can be accommodated in the parent’s room, subject to availability of extra beds. * No additional charge applies for baby cots or extra beds for children up to 12 years inclusive (based on availability). * Extra beds will not be confirmed upon reservation. If no extra beds are available the child must stay in the existing parent’s bedding. * Safari Suites (Family rooms) can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 3 children in existing bedding. * Rooms other than the Safari Suites (Family rooms) occupied by children only up to 12 years inclusive (a maximum of two), will be charged at single occupancy rate. * Children from 13 years onwards are considered as adults and need to book a separate room. Children meal policy * Breakfast will be free of charge for children 0-5 year old. * From 6-12 years, breakfast is chargeable. * Children ages 5 years and below eat free from the kids menu in any of the Lodge’s restaurants or from the buffet, if dining with their parents. * Children ages 6-12 years inclusive receive a 50 % discount on the meal supplements or a la Carte food items in any of the Lodge’s restaurants (except on the kids menu). Children of all ages are welcome, however remain the full responsibility of their parents. Please read the guidelines on child safety This Tour Guide Policy applies to small groups of up to 4 rooms. For bigger groups please request the same from the Sales Department. The lodge will grant the agent for bona fide tour guides as follows: * The tour guide room can be reserved with a 50% discount on the agreed room rate on the same meal plan, subject to availability and prior reservation. * Tour guide beverages, meals and other services availed will be charged at regular lodge rates as per consumption. * Pilots, coach drivers and similar will be treated on the same terms unless otherwise agreed.
