These have been converted into 7 luxurious semi-detached brick and thatched chalets. All rooms offer: * En-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet * Air-conditioner * Mosquito nets * Tea / coffee station * Small room safe * Direct dialling telephone * 220 volt AC power * Laundry service available Family Rooms * Downstairs main room with 2 x 3/4 beds. * Upstairs loft with 2 x 3/4 beds, a steep ladder leads to the loft. * The loft is ideal for children between 6 and 12 years of age. * Single bathroom with shower, basin and toilet Wheelchair friendly rooms !Uris Safari Lodge has 3 rooms that are wheelchair friendly. These rooms have wider doors, no steps and a larger bathroom, but no special handles or equipment. A degree of mobility is thus required. !Uris Safari Lodge offers 4 campsites and a "lapa" located 5 km from the lodge Campsite * Each campsite has 2 elevated platforms for pitching tents. * Each campsite has fresh water, a barbecue and dish washing facilities. * 2 shared ablution blocks * NO electricity at campsites * Fire wood is included in the price * Guests are welcome to make use of the lodge facilities. "Lapa" The lapa offers: * Single elevated room * Separate lower area with 6 x tree fixed concrete beds (bedding not provided) * Small kitchenette * Outside shower and toilet * Barbecue area * Fire wood is included in the price * NO electricity at the lapa * Guests are welcome to make use of the lodge facilities. Note: Besides water and wood guests need to be self catering. There is no bedding, towels or cooking utensils provided.
